All donations are considered final and are not eligible for refunds unless explicitly stated in this policy. Once a donation has been processed, it is immediately used to support our charitable, religious, and community-based initiatives.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may consider a refund request, including:

• Duplicate donations made in error.
   
• Incorrect donation amounts entered.
   
• Unauthorized transactions made without the donor’s knowledge.
   
• Technical issues resulting in failed or repeated charges.
   

Refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days of the original donation date.

• Payment method used
   
• Reason for the refund request

4. Recurring Donations

If you are enrolled in a recurring donation plan, you may cancel future donations at any time by contacting us. Charges made prior to the cancellation date may be eligible for refund based on the terms outlined above.

5. Final Authority

The temple's board reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding refund requests. All cases are reviewed individually, and approved refunds will be issued accordingly.
